Why is my document blurred?

It's for security reasons 🫆

When your login session has timed out (typically 15 minutes, but your administrator can change this), ShareVault Reader will blur the window content for security reasons.

Whenever a blurred SVPDF window becomes active again, ShareVault Reader ask you to login and will confirm that you still have the rights to view the document. If so, ShareVault Reader unblurs the document and displays it. If you no longer have permission to view the document, an appropriate error message is displayed, and the document is closed.
